Homeroom

Terms of use

Last updated October 5, 2026

Plain language, because that is how we write everything. Homeroom (“we”) is an independent product built with ♥ in Austin, Texas. By creating a page you agree to these terms and to the privacy policy.

What Homeroom is

A free page at name.homeroom.page that links to places you sell and collects email addresses from people who choose to subscribe to you. We do not sell anything on your behalf, process payments, or host the resources you sell.

Your account

You need a working email address. You are responsible for what is published under your page and for keeping your sign-in email secure. One person, one account; do not create accounts for other people or to get around a limit or a removal.

Your content is yours

Everything you put on your page stays your property. You give us only the permission we need to show it: to store it, display it to visitors, resize images, and generate a preview image for sharing. You can export your page and your subscriber list at any time, and delete your account at any time, which removes everything.

What you may not publish

  • Anything illegal, or that promotes illegal activity.
  • Sexual or violent content. Homeroom pages are seen by teachers, parents, and sometimes students.
  • Scams, phishing, impersonation of a person or organization, or misleading claims.
  • Hate, harassment, or threats.
  • Other people’s resources or images without the right to use them.
  • Spam, link farms, or pages that exist only to redirect.
  • Malware, or anything designed to overload or interfere with Homeroom.

Your subscribers

People who subscribe through your page are giving their email to you, not to us. Use it lawfully: honor unsubscribe requests, follow anti-spam law where you and they live, and do not sell or share the list. We never email your subscribers and never share the list with anyone.

Removal and suspension

We can unpublish or remove a page, or close an account, if it breaks these terms, if we receive a credible complaint, or if we must for legal reasons. We will tell you by email when we can, and you can reply. We can also set reasonable limits, such as the number of images per page, to keep the service working for everyone.

Free, and provided as is

Homeroom is free. We work hard to keep it up, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost sales, lost data, or any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of Homeroom, and our total liability to you is limited to one hundred US dollars. Some places do not allow these limits, in which case they apply as far as the law permits.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we will email you at least 30 days before the change takes effect. The Homeroom Promise stands regardless: your page stays free, your content stays yours, and you can leave with everything at any time.
